OASIS® Floral Return of goods policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however we recognise there are some

circumstances when products need to be returned to us.

If the items you received are damaged, faulty or you received an item in error, you must return it to us within 30 days for a refund or a replacement. Please call us on 03 5403 0265 for the appropriate address and return method for returning your goods.

All other returns should be returned at your own expense and addressed to:

with all the original packaging intact, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

For all returns please list the products which you wish to return and indicate the reason for returning them.

Ensure you obtain proof of posting products remain your responsibility until received by us.
