Features and Benefits

• Excellent water retention – the ability to absorb and retain up to 2 litres of water F
• Quick saturation - Just like our OASIS Ideal Foam, The OASIS Bio Floral Foam Brick take just 60 seconds to soak fully in water. Giving you more time to spend on the creative part!
• Cutting guide lines - Lines in the bricks allow you to easily and accurately chop them down into thirds after soaking to allow them to fit into smaller containers.
• Optimum texture and density - OASIS Bio Floral Foam has the same superior grip as our OASIS Ideal foam. Meaning flower stems are held in place and your design stays looking fabulous for as long as possible.
• Biodegradability - OASIS Bio Floral Foam is made up of a specially developed formulation which actively attracts the microbes needed to break it down once it goes into the ground. Bio Foam has been proven to biodegrade 51.5% within 365 days in biologically active landfill conditions.

Typical Uses

Create flower arrangements where the foam provides support and a water source to the stems inserted into it.

You can use OASIS Bio Floral Foam in just the same way you would use standard floral foam bricks. Only safe in the knowledge that it will biodegrade after use.

* OASIS® Bio Floral Foam has been proven through independent testing by international standards body the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) in test ASTM D5511 to biodegrade 51.5% within 365 days in biologically active landfill conditions. Tests are ongoing and we are confident our new formulation will allow the foam to reach 100% biodegradability over time. Further information will be provided as we receive new updates on test results.
