Do I need an account to shop with Oasis Floral?

No. You can shop as a guest or create a free account and recive loyalty points for every purchase you make. You will receive 5% of your purchase back in loyalty points. Each point is equal to $1 AU for your next purchase.

How long for delivery?

It varies depending on your location. The standard delivery time estimate would be 3-6 business days. If an Express Post option is offered for your location, delivery time estimate would be 2-4 business days.

How quickly do you process orders?

Orders received before 12 Noon EST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12 Noon EST Monday to Friday dispatched the next business day.

What is your return policy?

OASIS® Floral Return of goods policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however we recognise there are some circumstances when products need to be returned to us.

If the items you received are damaged, faulty or you received an item in error, you must return it to us within 30 days for a refund or a replacement. Please call us on 03 5457 1460 for the appropriate address and return method for returning your goods.

All other returns should be returned at your own expense and addressed to:

With all the original packaging intact, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

For all returns please list the products which you wish to return and indicate the reason for returning them.

How do I become an Oasis floral wholesale customer?

Oasis Floral Australia supply to businesses and retail customers however as our wholesale deliveries are palletised a forklift is required to receive deliveries.

To apply for a wholesale account with Oasis Floral Australia please read and complete the Wholesale application form.
